Return Policy


Thank you for shopping with We hope you enjoy your purchase but if for some reason it does not work for you, our return policy is listed below. Return Policy:

All unworn and unaltered merchandise with tags attached will gladly be accepted for exchange for online store credit within 21 days from the date of purchase. Shoes must be returned in their original box without damage to the box. Items returned with makeup, deodorant or other stains will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you therefore incurring  additional shipping costs.

Items that can not be returned include: SALE ITEMS, jewelry, belts, camisoles, bandeaus, leggings, NuBras and gift cards.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest sending items back via UPS or Fed Ex along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please complete the Return Form and include it in the box with the returned items. Please allow up to three business days for your return to be processed.

Once your return is received, you will then be issued an online credit for the cost of the original item. This does not include shipping costs.

If you choose to return your online item to one of our three Vertage Clothing locations, it must be done in 14 days from the date of purchase and you must have your online receipt. Store credit will then be issued at that location instead of online.

Items purchased at Vertage Clothing stores may not be returned online. Only orders placed online are subject to the 21 day return policy.

Vertage Clothing Store Return Policy:

Vertage Clothing accepts returns within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. All items must be unworn and in original condition, having all tags attached.

Vertage Clothing In Store Pick Up Option:

In store pick- ups are only available at the Baton Rouge location. If placed by 4 PM M-F your order will be ready for pick up the following day at 11AM. Please note any store pick-up orders placed after 4 PM on Friday will not be available until the following Monday. Exclusions may apply on holidays.
